Rapac Energy is a subsidiary of Rapac Communication & Infrastructures Ltd. It serves as the Group’s entrepreneurial arm in the energy sector.
The Company operates across all stages of project development including initiation, business and project development, construction, and operation.
We specialize in large-scale renewable energy initiatives, transmitted over ultra-high voltage (UHV), as well as ground-mounted photovoltaic projects and dual-use of low and high voltage. Many of these projects also integrate battery energy storage solutions.
In addition, the Company holds a subsidiary active in Israel’s municipal energy initiatives. It has successfully secured several tenders, through which it advances the entire range of the local authorities’ energy-related interests. The company also initiates and develops projects of electricity production from natural gas.

Rapac Communication & Infrastructure is a well-established company founded in 1964 and listed on the stock exchange since 1978. It has several energy holdings in Israel and a controlling interest in the public company Elmor Electricity Ltd.

Mr. Kind has served as Senior deputy Accountant General at the Ministry of Finanace.
Mr. Kind holds an MBA and BA in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Mr. Hagay served as Head of the Infrastructure Unit of the Accountant General at the Ministry of Finanace.
Mr. Hagay is an accountant and holds an MBA in Business Administration and Accountancy, and a BA in Accounting and Finance from Ben Gurion-University.

Mr. Nezer served as Head of the Waste Management Department at the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and as the MoEP representative at the South District Committee of the Planning Administration.
Mr. Nezer holds an MSc. In Environmental Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and a BA in Geography and Environmental Studies from Ben Gurion-University.
